What is the difference between paper and canvas (textil) ?
Fine art matte paper (230gsm) is a smooth, non-reflective paper ideal for detailed prints. It's thinner and more delicate than canvas. Canvas (260gsm) is textured, more durable, and mimics the look of painted artwork.
How are the posters packaged during shipment?
A1 and A2 posters are always packaged in rigid carton tubes.
The smaller posters sizes (A4 and A3) can be shipped flat with a rigid backboard or rolled in tubes.
If you also buy frames, the posters will be shipped framed for free
Are the frames easy to mount ?
Yes our frames are easy to mount.

Is the glass of the frames cristal or plastic ?
The glass is made of metacrilate.
Is it lighter and more resistant than real glass, and it does not break during shipping
Can i change the transparent glass of the frame ?
Yes. We sell replacement for the frames glass.
If you scratch it or break it, you can get your frame like new without buying a new one.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No you do not need an account to place an order.
Creating an account allows you to save your addresses and personal infos for future purchases, save products in the wishlist and check your orders history
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all types of debit and credit cards.
Our payment provider is Stripe.com, and all our payment are secured by this entity
What shipping methods do you provide?
Shipping method depends on the destination.
But we work mainly with UPS, InPost, Correos, SEUR, DHL
How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually we produce your order in 24/48h
Then the shipping takes 2 to 4 days depending on the shipping method and the destination
What is your return policy?
If your order has a quality problem we will replace it or we will send you a return label.
In other cases, you have 10 days to send us back your order if it complies with our conditions
